New members must be approved by an admin

Due to spammers I am now forced to approve all new forum member's applications. This may delay your ability to post to the forums by a day or so but I can see no other way to stop the continued spamming of my forums.

OK. This should be true now. Apparently I didn't save the settings and a few new spammers snuck in since I made this post.
